No, we have to verify identification and we need your signature to order a new debit card.

Give us a call. We can verify your identity and maintenance your online banking over the phone.
I have charges on my account that I did not authorize. What do I need to do?
First, call us and have us cancel your debit card. Then go file a police report and bring it to us. We will do our best to help you collect the funds from unauthorized transactions.
Can I remove a name from my account?
No, the only way to remove a name from an account is to close the existing account and open a new one.
Can I open an account if I am not a US citizen?
Yes, with an unexpired passport or permanent resident card.
How do I sign up for online banking?
Signing up for online banking has never been easier! Choose whichever method is most convenient for you:
1) Stop by your nearest Pinnacle Bank branch and a personal banker will be more than happy to get you setup.
2) Give us a call anytime Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm and a customer service specialist will be able to ask you a few questions to verify you identity, and then provide your user ID and PIN.
