Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Cathy Craig started in banking in 1991 and soon discovered a passion for customer service and relationship management. Today, she brings her three decades of experience in banking to Pinnacle as a Mortgage Lender and Branch Banker.

Carrying licenses in property, casualty, life and health insurance, Cathy is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate the modern homebuying complexities.

Outside of work, Cathy enjoys tennis, kayaking and spending time with her two children.
